She will think it sill or stupid. Because it is.
..what country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? let them take arms.

Thank you for this cogent legal analysis. Perhaps you'd like to explain how your analysis applies to the relevant provision of the Montana Constitution. --Bob

I think it's a bunch of adults using kids to further their own agenda, a la Thunberg. We'll see if it survives appeal. The 'relevant provision' can be contrued in a wide variety of ways. I do wonder if anyone has informed these children what they stand to lose without benefit of fossil fuels and their by-products. I somehow doubt that's been covered in depth.Bob78164 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 16, 2023 10:36 amThank you for this cogent legal analysis. Re: Montana Climate Change Case
There are far more young people in Montana who make a living in the coal/oil/gas industry providing necessary stuff for us than these few spoiled brats who would have us freeze and starve in the dark if they get their way.
I would also expect (yeah, right) that the "Young People" will be strongly behind any proposed mining expansions that will be necessary to produce all the solar panels and wind towers that they want.
