Where the F* is Matt Lauer?

Where the F* is Matt Lauer?
The only time I pay any attention to the Today Show is this once-a-year stunt.
The clue for where he'll be tomorrow has me stumped:
"This country is an anagram of a synonym of a homophone of an even prime number."
The even prime number is "two," the homophone would be "too," the synonym...also...additionally...plus...
Anybody?
By the way, he was in Amsterdam today, so it's got to be someplace within striking distance of there. Of course, he was in Buenos Aires the day before, so he can cover a lot of territory in a day.

So, I go to Wikipedia to see what I can see about Laos, and this is at the top of the page:
"Watch Matt Lauer on the NBC Today Show 4/30/2008 during his "Where in the World is Matt Lauer" segment."
I guess if I'm ever famous, I can check my Wiki page every day to see whether I'll be dead the next day.
