Happy Birthday, Fellow Squirrel!
You'll enjoy this....
My 5 year old niece is on a soccer team called the Rainbow Unicorns. They obviously let the girls choose their own name.
Now I need to find that pattern one of your blog readers designed and knit a stuffie for her so she'll have a mascot!

Squirrels are the architects of forests, the planters of trees, nature's own acrobats and show a zest for life that can inspire us. Every day should be National Squirrel Appreciation Day!

Many of these (squirrel) migrations were probably caused by food shortages as well as habitat overcrowding. We solved that for them. We not only reduced their habitat, we reduced the whole species by about 90%. The least we can do now is share a little birdseed with them.

Thanks for the link. I'm going to make a larger one so I'm going to have to do some math, but I'll post you a picture when it's finished. It probably won't be as fancy, but she will probably be involved in some roughhousing so she'll be tough. Well, as tough as a rainbow unicorn can be....ha!

Mine has survived six years of being yanked on and off of the shelf for various blog skits. For a soccer team, RD would take a licking and keep on kicking...
