Interesting primary we've got here

#1 Post by ToLiveIsToFly » Fri Feb 27, 2009 12:26 pm

For the 5th Congressional District, i.e. Rahm's open seat.
And Blagojevich's before him.
And Rostenkowski's before that.
And a one-term total weenie named Mike Flanagan in between the last two.
Not that Blago and Stamps aren't total weenies.
Well, actually I'd use different names for them.
But you already knew that anyway.

But the two presumptive frontrunners - John Fritchey and Sara Feigenholz, are getting nastier and nastier with each other.
What I didn't know, and I don't know how widely known it is, is that they used to date each other.
Interesting.

Screw the election. Sell the movie rights.
I am about 25% sure of this.

I'm fairly confident the movie's already been made, more than once.

Good heavens--does the loser have to take the seat or something? Who'd want it!?

It's cursed or irrevocably tainted....
Knowing a great deal is not the same as being smart; intelligence is not information alone but also judgment, the manner in which information is collected and used.

Good thing it didn't go any further, or her name might have become Sara Feigenholz-Fritchey.
