The only suggestion I can come up with is that the lyrics could contain titles of other songs that can somehow be connected to two other songs/artists on the answer list. I found "Breathe" in #60, "Crazy" in #68, and "Fever" in #82, but I don't have any idea if that leads to anything.
I looked through the lyrics again and found what could be
references to other artists in many of them. While looking for artists, I noticed a few
song titles, too.
