Some birthday...

#1 Post by danielh41 » Thu Sep 04, 2008 3:23 am

I got home from an art class Wednesday night to find my wife violently ill. She couldn't even get to the car, so we called for an ambulance. Apparently, she had a bad reaction to a drug she just started taking to control her mood swings. I got her home this morning about 3:30 on the 4th (my 42nd birthday). She is sleeping now, and we'll probably go to the doctor tomorrow.

I'm going to go to sleep now.

Yikes! I hope the doctors can straighten out this mess with her meds.

And, even if it didn't start that way, have a happy birthday, Daniel.

Ouch. What is the medicine?

Happy birthday.

I'm glad you got home in time. Hope the rest of your birthday is a little less stressful. Let us know how she's doing.

Maybe you can make it up for it this weekend and celebrate on Saturday.

Wow, I hope she's OK. I also hope this was just a one-time scare and that things can be sorted out all right.

1: Puppy. You're younger than I am!

2: Will you change your name to danielh42 now?

3: I hope all goes well with your wife! I think they are indispensible, but I'm biased that way...

4: Happy Birthday!

I hope one of your gifts is a nap.

I am sorry that you and your wife are going through this. Hopefully her doctors will find medication that she can take without a having violent reaction.
