That's the name of the new tropical storm now in the middle of the Atlantic that looks to be heading for our Atlantic coast.

I heard that they named it Ike in honor of the fact that it was the first successful hurricane generated by the new:

Industrial-Military Complex Oceanic Weather Advanced Routing Device.
