Sounds like it was well off the coast of Vancouver Island. The center was 95 miles from the northern tip of Vancouver Island. That's about 300 miles from the city of Vancouver. No tsunami or damage on land.

They've been having earthquakes in the area all week.
No matter where you go, there you are.
