STQ FRIDAY AUGUST 22 2008

#1 Post by etaoin22 » Fri Aug 22, 2008 9:45 pm

Of course the problem with STQ, is that the contestants never had a really good feel for how tough the universe of questions was, out of which the next one would be taken. Especially at the 50 K level.

In the rock one-hit-wonder song "Nobody But Me" by The Human Beinz , how many times at the start of the song does the singer sing "NO!", before he finally gets to "nobody"/ ?

within 3 for full points.

No idea on this one.

That's the way I'd sing it, if I'd ever heard the song and wanted to sing it.

The problem is if you at the Transit Authority in the largest midwest city you really need to what time it is - so you don't miss the (your) connection.

Just for fun, I tried doing this in my head.

I counted 30.

I think I'm close, but I wouldn't bet my life on hitting it exactly.

Well, if you miss it on a Saturday, you can always spend it in the park..especially if it's the 4th of July.

thats easy and 9.

nonoono no no NONONONO NONONONO!! nono no nono no!

30.

and that is the end of the story. For switchthequestion.

I think there is another no before NONONONO, now.

I was too lazy to find the 45 RPM record in the basement, but I was not too lazy to find The White Album. That was a pretty good group, there, on that album.

Your 45 will fit in a cd player?
