Well, he is talented but I'm sorry he had to change his last name.
I believe in the usefulness of useless information.

I'm confused. The pole vault hasn't taken place yet (it's scheduled to begin on Wednesday).
There is something wrong in a government where they who do the most have the least. There is something wrong when honesty wears a rag, and rascality a robe; when the loving, the tender, eat a crust while the infamous sit at banquets.

Ah, I see what happened. It's not the POLE vault, just the vault (the gymnastics kind).

The silver women's medalist has an interesting story.
Her name is Oksana Chusovitina and she used to compete for Russia.
She has a son who got leukemia and somebody from the German team offered to help her get medical care for her son. After a few years, she was able to get German citizenship and she started competing for Germany.
She's 33 years old!
