Did someone custom-make that outfit?

Nah, just good ol' Burlington Coat Factory (they sell "more than just coats!")
Big Johnny's suit is also from there (we're not doin' tuxes & all that -- we're not that formal!)

It's probably a regular tie and doubling as a bib or diaper. What a cutie!
