St. Louis Arch is the common name, though it may have a fancier name involving a monument to a gateway to western expansion or some such thing.

Heard about it but have forgotten the name of the company. I will SWAG with Grolsch which I think is actually Dutch, not Belgian. But I am guessing most of the beer brands aren't Belgian.
