Hawaii-bound jet evacuated at LAX

Passengers were evacuated by inflatable chutes Tuesday when a Honolulu-bound aircraft made an emergency landing at Los Angeles International Airport after someone smelled smoke in the cabin.

Some passengers probably just started a fire to keep warm, since they couldn't afford the blankets anymore. :shock:

You really don't want to be heading out over the ocean unless you are sure your plane is not on fire.
