Actually, not much to report. GW is stressing big time. The house will never be clean enough. Much of BD's closet is empty, as well as her room. Lots of things packed up. I'm trying to do my part by taking care of the regular things, like laundry and dishes. Also the catch-all stuff, AKA miscellaneous.

Tomorrow, the hardware store run for the PODS padlock, rope, bungees, and other stuff. Also need to call the DPW to see whether or not they're really digging on our street this week and next. And of course, more cleaning and packing. The fun never stops around here.
I just ordered chicken and an egg from Amazon. I'll let you know.

No house will ever be clean enough.

There can be enough love.

Look for the love, not for the dirt/clutter.

Peacock is right. I have tons of people at my house all the time. No matter how hard I try to keep it clean (especially with little ones running around) it's never perfect.

You know what? No one seems to notice or care. I hope your wife will quit worrying about it. It really won't matter one bit to anyone else.

Kay is right, no one is going to care.

As obsessive as I am about cleaning my house when people are coming, I never care if people's houses aren't perfectly clean. There's actually something comfortable about it being "lived in". Then I don't feel like I'm going to be the one to mess up perfection!
