fingers crossed, good luck
Suitguy is not bitter.

feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive

The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

He's used another PAF. May be still in the HS though, so don't uncross yet.

So which Jay is in the hotseat? Rosenburg or Rosenberg?

Well they must not have 15 - 30 second time limits per question, if he's still in the hot seat!! That must have been a rehearsal thing.

Don't read too much into the time I got the stand-down call.

Not yet.

It should probably be the beginning of the fourth week of the season, unless this episode gets pulled out of order and saved for sweeps, of course! :)

Will Jay be posting a report of his experience? And what he thought of the new rules?

Don't read too much into the time I got the stand-down call.

There could also be long breaks, stops in taping, or a carryover from one show to the next.

As the one party who could really be "got" for disclosing information, I suspect he would be the last to discuss the new rules.

I expect Jay to be very tight lipped until the show airs. He spent several hours with Nancy and me the night before he left for NYC, but didn't spill anything about the new rules.

He said he'll talk about what he can talk about, after he gets back home. I suspect that won't include anything about the show or the rules. All that will have to wait until after the episode airs.
