Thanks. Yeah. I'm a tiny bit surprised, too. I don't think there's a thing I could have done differently except maybe talk a little more slowly. *sigh*

Just remember that it's not personal. There're plenty of people here to keep you company. And I don't thinking I"m assuming too much to say that we were all at least a little surprised the first time we got turned down. But, as they say, That's Show Biz.

And you were one of the auditioners who got to the videotaped interview stage, too. More evidence that the APs are speaking a half-truth when they give the "it doesn't mean anything" speech.

Yeah, this was the second time. And I had great interviews/taped interviews both times.

I still think there's a cutoff date for successful auditions. Audition after that, and you have to be several times the normal goodness to get a Happy Card.

Sorry. Welcome to the club none of us wants to be in.

Thanks, gsabc-- I was wondering if that was the case. Now that I've had time to grieve, I am considering the road audition, since it's coming to my city. If I pass and they give me another video interview... and I get ANOTHER sad card? Then I know they just don't like me, LOL.

(But watch me try out in April of next year. :wink: This is addictive.
