It's not Costa Rica nor Mexico. Pretty sure it's not Panama or Belize. What the heck's that leave. I'll guess Honduras.

OK, the name has to start with a Q since the clues don't. Quake's the only Q game I can think of -- I guess I need more 12-year-old friends. But that's not a character. That's my guess anyway.
