The Life Lines
Ask The Audience - Everyone who is watching the game posts what they think the answer is and the contestant picks which one he wants (or if no one posts in 10 minutes, I will allow the the contestant to use a 5 minute google search)
Phone A Friend - One bored member of the contestant's choice post's what he thinks the answer is.
50:50 - Same as Show
Switch The Question - This life line becomes available after the 25,000 dollar question is answered correctly.
obvious rules: Unless you use a life line all of the answers to these question must come from your own knowledge, we are on the honor system. Why would you want to cheat anyway, you don't win any money. Plus these questions are supposed to be hard there is no shame in getting just one wrong.

No one wants to play Millionaire? I can't belive that, you can win 1 Million virtual dollars and a place in the Hall of Fame. It's easy answer the FFQ then 15 more questions right, just like the show.

I've got a better idea. How about you write me a check for one million dollars AND put The Lord in your Hall of Fame. That way, God will not smite thee with a lightning bolt as soon as you start up Night 13.
And none of that virtual money, kid. Fraud is somewhere in the list of deadly sins, I think. Now where did I leave my Bible?

Unfortunately, I only have about 20 minutes -- not long enough to play.

Alright, if I can't get anyone to play today. I guess I could hold it some other time.

Do you do this at a regular time? I would have played if I'd known to look around 4.

I usually come out with a game at random times, usually between 4:00-6:00. I made a post the day before to announce it.
I can repost the game any time this weekend or monday at around 5:00, so if anyone has any preferences let me know.

No preferences here, but I think some of the East Coast crew might be headed home from work during your usual posting times. In what time zone are you currently located?
BTW, I love that you are doing these questions and the game!

HAHA! I just noticed that your location is New York. I guess that could be classified as being on the east coast.

Historically (like I'm qualified to use that word) the 4-6PM eastern time is the slowest time on the bored. It is commuting time, or getting ready to go home time, kids getting home, or getting home and winding down time, etc.
A little later would prolly draw a bigger crowd. JMHO.

Why not use the Chat function the next time you're ready to play? Choose a time, and I'll post an Announcement a little in advance. I suggest 7:00 p.m. Monday night, but it's your call. --Bob

The New Game will be in the chat at 7:00pm EST on Monday, November 5 (If not in the chat I will just make a thread)

Hey, thank you! I've been following all the talk about your kitty. Those markings are quite striking. Where did you originally find your furry friend?
