Btw, mrk

#1 Post by fantine33 » Thu Jun 26, 2008 3:20 pm

I know it's been tough on you to keep on keeping on this month and I, for one, appreciate it and have attempted to show said appreciation by answering every day, even when I had to make a concerted effort to sign onto the board and make sure I hadn't missed one. I don't even care about it sometimes being late or behind on answers because you hung in there and didn't throw in the towel or just stopped doing it and hoped that, if you ignored it long enough, nobody would notice.

Although I care about learning the answers more than I do the points and standings, I also appreciate you doing what you could on that, since I know first hand what a bitch scoring can be, probably more time consuming than doing the questions themselves.

Btw, I think that you will join me as the only members of the Two Games Run club on this board incarnation. I'm sure that "somebody" will be able to tell us that for sure. And will do so in pretty short order. Ha!

What other game did mrkelley run on this Bored?
Squirrels are the architects of forests, the planters of trees, nature's own acrobats and show a zest for life that can inspire us. Every day should be National Squirrel Appreciation Day!

Many of these (squirrel) migrations were probably caused by food shortages as well as habitat overcrowding. We solved that for them. We not only reduced their habitat, we reduced the whole species by about 90%. The least we can do now is share a little birdseed with them.

Starting one or finishing one doesn't count, has to be full completion. I was thinking about giving you credit for the Mega LS, but it was still only one game. As you know from experience, different games require different skill sets and creativity.

Somebody could use a few notebooks. Have lb tell Annie's mom when Mecca has the big sale. I'm sure she'll pick you up a couple when she's out getting Annie her school supplies.

Great. Now Annie will ask me to take her to the WalMart parking lot so she can nose around behind the store. It was bad enough when she discovered she could order books on-line from Amazon.

Amazon is the greatest thing ever! I was thrilled when I discovered it that I could just search for a book instead of wandering around the bookstore looking for it.

I also started hunting and finding the titles and authors of books I loved when I was a kid. They were mostly all out of print, so that's how I got started on ebay, looking for those books. My first ebay purchases almost ten years ago were copies of Missing Melinda and Jane-Emily.
