RIP Wilbur Hardee

Founder of Hardees fast food franchises. 89 years old. Lost control of his company in a poker game several years ago.

In keeping with company policy, his body will lay under warming lights for several hours before interment. (OK, I stole that from the NYT.)

Just a couple of months ago, Carl Karcher of sister franchise Carl's Jr. passed away.

RIP, Mr. Hardee
