I have no cake to give you, nor shoes to present you with, I can only gift you with a song, but it comes from the heart.

Happy Birthday, BB King (doot-n-doo, de-doot)
Gots no cash to get you a thing (doot-n-doo, de-doot)
But what can you get from a store,
for a gal with Purses Galore?
So instead, I'll have to sing (doot-n-doo, de-doot)

I've always liked your wit (doot-n-doo, de-doot)
Your brilliance and your grit (doot-n-doo, de-doot)
But before I make you blush,
further praising I will flush,
'fore you say I'm full of...baloney (doot-n-doo, de-doot).

Beebs, Beebs, this song is pretty feebs.
To pass it off as art would give the critics heeby-jeebs.
But 'tis all that I can offer, I don't know those cut and paste tricks
With which I could present to you a bunch of shoe and cake pics!

The end.

I'm closer to 80 than 20. And thanks, Uly, for reminding me. Really. I mean it. Trust me. One day, when we meet, you'll just, you know.

But, ya know what? Today, right now, I feel MAHVELOUS.

Until the consultants come and wreck everything.

I sort of did goofy all day. In honor of the consultants resident at the office and my general attitude. It was a corporate sort of goofy, but still...goofy.

You know how that works.
