And I'll piggyback a gratuitous post on top of yours.

I would too, but I have an ironclad policy of not making gratuitous posts.

That's a good policy ed. I wish I could have one like yours but I'm a slave to my nature.

Well, seeing as you were up anyway with the wind and the lightning and the tornado sirens and the hail and the trees trying to have a seat in your living room, we'll ask the Bored Police to overlook your gratuitousness.

This time. :)

I'll call it naturally gratuitousness, since it achieved a purpose (an actual milestone, rather than building toward the milestone.) Or maybe it wasn't gratuitous at all, since it served to announce her achievement of said milestone. Where's the referee?

Next she'll be posting gratuitously under an MM, and the whole world will go to hell...

I have no idea whether this post is naturally or artificially gratuitous.

After further review, and consultation with Commissioner Goodell and the NFL's sponsors, I have ruled that the illegal procedure penalty on all gratuitous Merry Men stands. That'll be a 17 yard penalty for all such violations, and a loss of 6 downs.

Also, we have an illegally boring avatar infraction on All Purpose Merry Men. She has been ejected from the Bored and will have to pay a severe fine to Oral B. Roberts....
