I feel like gsabc and should start a bblog! Um, the again maybe not! I couldn't do it justice!
So, why can people not respond to a simple email? I am organizing 3 days of food and entertainment. Responding to an email should be relatively easy in comparison. I am just trying to get an accurate head count.
I will post the menu later but it looks like 30 people for Friday night at my house for diner, then more like 50 for all day Saturday and brunch on Sunday.
Biggest disappointment so far, although one of the kids are coming, SwampyTurtles and the rest of her bunch will not. I will miss her being here big time.
But Mom1111 and 2 Brothers1111 will be here!
Is it being held in Hawai'i? I'll be there. But don't expect me to eat any poi.
Does that mean you plan on being in Hawai'i on the weekend of the 20th?
Speaking of exotic locales, I didn't realize Idaho had such lovely beachfront views....

My own private Idaho is whatever I want it to be! Actually, that's a picture of where I wish I were, and a stopgap until I upload and resize the pictue of Erin in a tutu riding the John Deere pedal tractor. It's a classic, and pretty much sums up life with a girl after three boys...

That's probably the same tractor from my previous avatar that Sprots found for me. I guess MKTBNL gets all my good stuff.....

He's still trying to figure out why the bonus size of the Exhilarations was selling for 50 cents less than the regular size. It killed him to have to pull the expensive stuff off the shelf....
That's my minion.... BWAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

That avatar is cute. Years ago I shot a friend's wedding in Rochester, MN. I took some photos of the wedding couple at her parent's home out in the country. They had a similar Deere toy tractor that was hers when she was growing up. The cool thing was that her husband worked for John Deere. I'll have to look for that photo and see if I can scan it. The negatives are buried somewhere with all my others.
I believe in the usefulness of useless information.

Good Luck on the reunion. We are going to a big gathering of The Baboo's people in Panama City, Fla. this summer. So far, only about 100 things have been changed since the idea was hatched.

I'm like the opposite of Martha Stewart, so I'm not one to suggest any food or drink, other than "lots." Of both.
And if there are kids, I recommend adding Froot Loops to the breakfast menu. I never buy sugary cereals, but I grabbed a box since it was the end of the school year and the boys have been so good, and my non-breakfast eater has become a voracious chowhound in the mornings, then has another bowl when he comes home. Since he's really thin, I'm thrilled. I think they sprinkle crack in with the artificial coloring...

I had a brainstorm on my way to Yankee Stadium...
So I had planed on grilled Chicken and steak for the Saturday dinner. But it didn't seem like a coherent meal. Not pulled together as in a pasta night.
But then it came to me, I make a terrific caesar salad! I had planned to have a bowl of salad, of course. But Caesar Salad with either grilled chicken or steak along with the baked potato bar. Now that is a good meal!
Just a small detail but one that puills the whole menu together!
Oh, and I think pomegrante margaritas definitely work, Thanks Uly!

I'm just curious what this was, christie. We got our new Snuggle in over the weekend. Jojoba and Almond Creme in Exhilarations (With the scary sight of the bear lying in someone's pool, maybe Kay's for all I know), and a new scented sheet called Fruit Medley or something like that. It's blue and has the dancing fuzzy dumbass on the front, so I'm guessing that's what you were referring to....
