Redneck Dreams Now Casting

#1 Post by Bob Juch » Fri May 30, 2008 9:10 am

CMT’s “Redneck Dreams” is coming to the Temecula Valley!

“Redneck Dreams” is the new CMT show that’s giving away prizes to regular folks — just because they asked! No extreme sob stories needed, we’re just looking for fun people who have a dream that we can turn into reality!

Want a pontoon boat and a party for 50 with all the beer you can drink? Just ask! Looking for that dream 4X4 to go muddin’? Does your wife need a makeover? Do you need a bachelor party? Want a camouflage ATV? Don’t just sit there! Meet the show’s producers and tell them why they should grant your wish!

“Redneck Dreams” isn't about what people need; it's about what they WANT.

How To Apply:

WHO: “Redneck Dreams” host MELISSA PETERMAN (“Reba”)

WHEN: SUNDAY, June 1, 2008
11am

WHERE: BUTTERFIELD SQUARE
28690 Old Town Front Street at 3rd Street
Temecula, CA 92590

Melissa Peterman, the show’s real-life fairy godmother, invites everyone to “audition” for a chance to have their dream come true! Participants will each get 2 minutes to make their plea and sell us on their dream. The focus being FUN, crazy props, skits, song and dance – whatever it takes to get our attention – are highly encouraged.

In order to get your spot for the open call Apply Now!

What I WANT is a chance to play a trivia game show without having to impress a producer with "crazy props, skits, song and dance" to get the chance.

Google Maps says this is on the inland route between San Diego and the OC.

Is that Redneck country? :?

Depends on how much sunscreen they've used.
I just ordered chicken and an egg from Amazon. I'll let you know.

LOL. There are indian casinos, vineyards and I suppose some retirees and trailer parks. My friend's dad, a wealthy lawyer, retired out there. It is HOT. Oh, there's also a nice lake for waterskiing. Lake Elsinore.

Wouldn't a redneck's dream be adding a room to his mobile home so that his father doesn't have to sleep with him anymore?

You were making the assumption that they wanted real rednecks, instead of telegenic people with sparkling personalities and removable teeth.

D'oh!

So they want some of those Hollywood rednecks? Why make them drive all the way out to the sticks, then? :P
