Pub Quiz the night before Chicago J! auditions (6/4/08)?

Maybe some folks will be in town for the auditions. Anyone interested in getting together for Pub Quiz the night before? The options I've dug up are:

Joe’s on Weed (near North and Clybourn), 8pm
The Local Option (Webster and Seminary, so just south of DePaul, off of Fullerton), 7:30pm but the guy said get there a half hour early
Witt’s, 2913 N Lincoln, so a little bit north and west of the Diversey stop, 7pm
Bar Louie Wrigleyville – this is on Clark just south of Addison, i.e. about 100 yards south of Wrigley Field, 8pm

All of these places are pretty close to the Red/brown/purple lines, and all of them should be parking nightmares. I’m up for any of them, though I think I’m a bit dumber, trivia-wise, now that VJ is down and I spend all of my time with the baby (and he’s not old enough for me to know anything about kiddie tv or kiddie lit yet).

Joe’s is closest to downtown, Bar Louie is farthest. I’ve drunk at the Local Option, maybe 12 years ago, and it struck me as a nice neighborhood joint with a good pinball machine. I’ve been to Bar Louie on Polk St, and it was ok, and I’ve been to the building their Wrigleyville location is in, back when it was still Pollo Rey.

Anybody up for it? Anybody have opinions on where we should go?

Illinois is a somewhat civilized state, insomuch as we don't let people smoke in bars anymore, so we've got that going for us.
