Help from my Southern CA BBs & BBs with South CA connect

We need to find and contract with the following sevices:

Real Estate attorney
Termite Inspection company
Real Estate appraiser

We are in the dark as far as professional contacts in the Orange County area. Therefore, I would ask for anyone who has a excellent referral for any: Termite company (Small company preferably), Real estate appraiser, and Real estate attorney, to contact me.

FWH is in Huntington Beach, CA right now, having his parents house inspected for a private sale to us.

We need your help so that we may move fast to aid his parents.

How fast? Is it impossibly fast? My wife works for a major law firm in the OC that specializes in real estate transactions. They are not inexpensive. Email me if you think this is the type of firm you are looking for.
