So I do our taxes. Not online. Which requires me to order instructions and forms, initially online. Received a form saying not available now. Ok.
Couple a weeks later called the number and got agent number yadayadyada. Really. Number.
Anyway finally got what I requested, then got another what I requested, and then we got a third batch of forms and instructions.
And ya wonder why...
