I Read a Lot of Books on China and

I would recommend the one I am currently reading to anyone regarding of your politics or thoughts about China. For that matter, I would describe it as a good "China" book to start with for the general reader. It is only about 240 pages so a fairly quick non-fiction read.

"Breakneck: China's Quest to Engineer the Future" by Dan Wang.

It doesn't fall into the "China Bad" genre-I think it just explains thing well and from a different angle than most works.

This one will end up in a prominent place on the shelf and I will likely re-read or dip into it in the future.

Yeah-except it has me binging "3-Body Problem" on Netflix now (LOL). I am really glad I found that before spring field work as I still have time to watch it.

Weyoun-I have a serious question for you. It is not meant in any smart-alecy way or in any other negative fashion. Are you able to speed read?
