Since you stopped by tonight, here's something I've been meaning to ask you about. Do you have an endorsement deal or some other connection with the Twin Peaks Restaurant chain? It's not the sort of place I'd expect you to associate with, but maybe I've been reading you wrong.
After seeing your avatar for several months, I finally decided to visit the Twin Peaks Restaurant a few miles from my house, which appears to be the source for your artwork. The food was okay but nothing special. The place was basically just another one of the various attempts to create a slightly more upscale Hooters knockoff.

I took this photo as I left. The image is huge and dominates the outside wall, perhaps 20 feet tall. Were you consciously trying to promote Twin Peaks with your avatar, or is there some other previously untold story behind it?

Speaking of avatars -- hey T-Bone!
How did you get your Simpsonized you to appear as your avatar?
I tried every way I could think of and couldn't do it.
Any help appreciated.

You mean that's not Bix in the painting?

Yup, no endorsement deal.
I like the old pinup style stuff, and thought this pinup sort of looked like a Texans Chick.
I'm not one to change avatars very often, so I figured this one was as representative as any.

Save it on your computer (briefcase, document, my pics, wherever....)
Run it thru the Avatar Generator -- I can't access it from work, but it's a sticky in the Suggestion Box forum. Oh, here's the link:
Go to you profile (top of the page) and submit it.

I actually don't remember, but there was a "how to" sticky, as mentioned above. Skoop did the "South Park-ization"" for me, and I followed the instructions in the sticky post.
Ah have always depended on the kahndness of strangers...
Just call me T-Bone DuBois.

I will probably have this as my avatar until the end of time. #1, I love it. #2, the pic was saved on my wife's computer and she is going to have to reformat hers, so if I change my avatar any time I may lose my South Park me.
Mostly #1. I tend to hang on to the things I love and don't handle change well.

I thought I had one of the best avatars ever......if I can think of which one, I'll nominate it.
I believe in the usefulness of useless information.
