Fulton Co Board of Commissioners defend democracy

The latest way to defend democracy is to break the law and defy a court order. Dammit, we can't have 2 'election deniers' on the board of elections, even if they were nominated by the Republican Party, nosir. Not in Fulton County (Atlanta), where all elections are completely secure, without any question, and purely transparent (except when they aren't). Can't have nobody checking up on them. We don't need to be like DeKalb County, God Forbid!!!

More defense of our democracy by those who run SSS's county in Georgia.

Jason, Julie (and me) are threats to their democracy.

These are the people who proclaim our elections are the most secure in the known universe. If that is the case (which it's not), what the f**k are they scared of?

The non-partisan members of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners have been held in contempt of court and Fulton County (which is served wonderfully by it's non extremist BOC) will be fined $10,000 per day until it appoints the two people who were duly nominated to the Board of Elections by the Republican Party: Julie Adams and Jason Frazier.

Ironically, one of the objections to Julie Adams was that she voted not to certify a primary election because she was not provided required documentation. She was sued by the democrats and their minions and was ordered to certify when courts ruled that she 'SHALL' certify means it was mandatory. She then complied. But here, they tried to argue that 'SHALL' meant at their discretion. Even though they were told by the court 3 TIMES that it was mandatory. Just like the leftists on this bored, they can't even fathom their own hypocrisy.

Unfortunately, my county, DeKalb, does not have a 'shall' in their law, so one 'non-partisan' judge was able to block one of our duly nominated appointees.
