Now, I thought it was Sixteen in both cases but it's not, so I don't know if this is legit.
I also thought it was Sixteen in both cases...... so it's totally legit!

Is this Steve Winwood of The Spencer Davis Group?

I can make Back in the High Life but cannot find "again" among the titles we have. Unless it is just Back in the High Life and I've had it wrong.

48. BACK IN THE + 31. HIGH + 92. LIFE by Steve Winwood of 44. SPENCER DAVIS GROUP

30. JUST Like Heaven + 63. ANOTHER Night + 45. Rhythm of the NIGHT = JUST ANOTHER NIGHT by Mick Jagger of 23. THE ROLLING STONES
By LB’s rule, NIGHT by itself cannot be a building block, so this match is really a triple.

Yep! And this is one of the complications you can have if you let the matching system be too free form.

Like with the Clapton song, I was unaware "Again" was a part of the title here... but lucked out in accidentally creating a quintuple! Again (ha!), good job!

The latest consolidation…

Identify the 111 songs below and match them up into 43 triples, 6 quadruples and 1 quintuple according to a Tangredi, or a principle you must discover for yourself! If my accounting is correct, 28 songs will be used twice, 4 songs three times, one song four times, and two songs five times! All multiple-matched songs may be used in any combination of capacities. Parenthetical song titles should be able to be ignored. Alternate matches are possible, but using best practices in Tangredi game matching should eliminate most of those. I did several checks to make sure the true matches in this game were as tight as possible...

Good luck!

One of these is incorrect. The true match takes into account the song in the game that is still wrong...

Edit: Actually, it's a very viable alternate match! But it will leave a song completely unused...

Before jarnon catches it, this isn't a valid match since ME is in several songs. However, it's also an opportunity to mention that I arbitrarily dismissed duos or trios that were just the names of the members (Hall & Oates, CSN[Y], etc.)

Also, look for a better way to make each of the other two matches...

So I woke up with this song going through my head for absolutely no reason....ny
New York New York + Into the Groove = New York Groove - Ace Frehley of Kiss

Also, the song I identified as Boogie Nights might be Hella Good by No Doubt, which would present another good option for a Gwen Stefani solo. Can the solo artist be used more than once? If so maybe Just a Girl for

Just Like Heaven + a song with A + My Girl

Solo artists can only be used once, and "A" wouldn't be a good match since it should be in multiple songs...

The intended Gwen Stefani match is actually blocked off by the song that is incorrect...

So we use Take it to the limit for Take it easy, turning it into a duo.

And since 41. already has "some kind of" in the title, we don't need to use Gimme some lovin'. Another duo.
