I saw your post on Facebook about the kidnapping of Rumeysa Ozturk by unidentified US officials. You implied, if I read it right, that this was comparable to the arrests and trials of the January 6 people. Can you explain more please how a woman who is nabbed off the street and whisked to a detention center with no charges, no lawyer, and no due process is in any way comparable to the prosecution of over 100 rioters who were investigated for 18 months, charged in writing and sent to court with attorneys to respond, went through jury trials after being released on their own recognizance, and were fully tried and convicted by a jury of their peers, unless they agreed to a plea bargain? I'm serious, I'm just stunned that you see any comparison whatsoever.
