RIP Jimmy Carter

The Carter Center has announced that former president Jimmy Carter has died at age 100.

I still quote him: "There are no simple answers or easy solutions to problems which have built up over a long period of time."

He said that a cornerstone of his faith was to do as much as he could for as long as he could. And he did!

Whatever you may think of his political views or accomplishments, he was a magnificent human being and a great humanitarian who kept contributing until the end. He exemplified Christianity at its best.

After a brief separation, he's now reunited with Rosalynn. RIP to them both.
