2024 Kennedy Center Honors

For the first time, this year's Kennedy Center Honorees include an institution: the Apollo Theatre. That should be one hell of a performance segment!

The Grateful Dead are also being honored. Sad that Jerry Garcia is not longer with us, but four remaining members of the band will be there.

The other honorees are Francis Ford Coppola, Bonnie Raitt, and Arturo Sandoval.

I hope they hold the ceremony in a really, really big facility so the Apollo Theatre can fit inside.
