The greatest B-movie producer and director of all time. He helped launch the careers of actors like Jack Nicholson and Robert de Niro, as well as directors including Francis Ford Coppola, Martin Scorsese, Peter Bogdanovich, and Ron Howard. His best-known films include a series of Edgar Allan Poe horror films in the 60s with Vincent Price, along with the original Little Shop of Horrors and biker classic Wild Angels with Peter Fonda and Nancy Sinatra and several women's prison movies. He received an honorary Oscar in 2010.
