I had something like that on a previous game. To solve it, I carefully did pieces of my answer, trying to pinpoint the character error that was throwing up a flag.
This required editing my answer over and over, and trusting the judges to believe that I wasn't cheating.
I never did figure out which character was the problem, but I did finally get the reply to post.
