Longtime Atlanta theater owner and businessman, responsible for keeping independent films available for several decades at the various theaters he owned, including the Tara (newly reopened) and the Plaza (his last theater which he sold when he retired). I'm glad he was still around to see the Tara reopen.
Age 85.
