Does anyone see a film with Lucille Ball and a Lucy actress because looking at Hoagy Carmichael, all I can hear is Gale Gordon yelling, "MMMMMMMrs. Carmichael!"
The Lucille Ball movie is Stage Door.
Lucy Liu was in Kill Bill Volume 1 - could she be the Lucy we need?

Checking and rechecking the actor list
Just realize it won't work that way, but we do need a Lucy actress because Lucille Ball - Stage Door - Lucy ? + Hoagy Charmichael is too good not to happen.

B-16. BRUCE ALMIGHTY with Steve Carrell - Michael Scott in The Office. A-22. Michael Douglas + A-72. Martha Scott

A-76. “My counsel says we were not aware of the extermination of the millions. He would give you the excuse: We were only aware of the extermination of the hundreds. Does that make us any the less guilty? Maybe we didn't know the details. But if we didn't know, it was because we didn't want to know.”
WERNER KLEMPERER

I think this is BURT LANCASTER, with Werner Klemperer yelling "Traitor" at him.

Samantha Baker can't be the match because they're looking for characters from TV shows, not movies. The Samantha Frank is looking for is Samantha Jones (Sex and the City) played by Kim Cattrall, which matches with Doug Jones.
I went crazy looking for a Cattrall movie.

Instead, I think it's this:

B-25. The Court Martial of Billy Mitchell with Elizabeth Montgomery - Samantha Stevens in Bewitched. A-57. SAMANTHA EGGAR + A-35. Connie Stevens
I immediately thought of Elizabeth Montgomery as well, but every source I found says that the character from Bewitched is Stephens, not Stevens.

A-82 Mike Myers and A-16 Armie Hammer equals Mike Hammer, played by Stacy Keach and Darren McGavin at different times
Stacy Keach was in Escape from LA, so that finishes this partial.

Knowing what the Tangredi was, this answer didn't look right and it isn't. This is Mel Brooks from History of the World Part I. He matches with Connie Stevens for Connie Brooks (Eve Arden in Our Miss Brooks), and Eve was also in Stage Door.

Boonie and I are getting a new bathroom in Plymouth Meeting. So, beginning Wednesday morning, we will be spending the rest of the month at the shore, in Wildwood and Ocean City.

Exactly what does that have to do with this puzzle?, you may ask. As well you should.

Well, we are getting ready for everything today. Packing and such - even though we have clothes there and such. Foods and supplies, that's what we're packing.

SO, if a consolidation has not been done by early evening, I will do a consolidation.

But, because of packing and getting the house ready for Mike-the-Contractor-who-is-our-grandniece's-godson tomorrow, i won't be able to do it before that.
