I don't vouch for the accuracy of many of these details, but it's been confirmed that Hunter Biden's iCloud account was hacked, which could explain a lot of the information that wound up on the "laptop hard drive." The Secret Service is still actively investigating that hack. The blogger who wrote this article is definitely left-wing but has an extensive background in investigative journalism.

She was proving that Hunter violated the Mann Act, and wondering why he wasn't prosecuted for that. Oh, how rude of her. So much more rude than accusing Kavanaugh of rape during a hearing. But that's what these things have devolved into. I think it pretty much started with Biden's running the Thomas hearings. And it has gone downhill from there.

But she did show an advisory at the start of her questioning, so there's that.

The Mann Act makes it illegal to "knowingly transport any individual in interstate or foreign commerce, ... with intent that such individual engage in prostitution, or in any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense, or attempt to do so."

So unless Hunter Biden transported anyone over state lines to engage in illegal sexual activity, there's no violation of the Mann Act. At one time, the act prohibited transporting someone over state lines to engage in "debauchery or other immoral activity." Jack Johnson was convicted under that clause for having sex with a white woman. But the language of the Mann Act was changed over 40 years ago.

It's no surprise Flock and Marjorie Taylor Greene are behind the times. And to answer the point Flock raised, I don't think Democrats want to see nude pictures of Hunter Biden in school libraries either.
