I am sure that she is happy that it looks like Boebert went down.
BTW- I hope that I jinx it for you and that Boebert scrapes out a win-LOL.
My personal favorite of the night made it. I had the most emotions riding on JD Vance in Ohio and he made it. Handily, it appears.
Now, I really hope Ron Johnson (Wisconsin) pulls through.
RE-DeSantis
I wonder if it has ever happened that a governor won by as narrowly (33.000 votes) as he did 4 years ago and completely won going away like he did last night. Holy-Miami Dade and Palm Beach-Batman.
He won Palm Beach County alone by about half his total margin of victory last time. I was really surprised at the Palm Beach flip to DeSantis.
Congrats to Sprots-Maybe

I am not at all confident that Boebert has gone down. She urged her supporters to vote in person on election day, and many of those ballots are still being counted. And even then, clerks have eight days to accept military and overseas ballots that were postmarked by election day. Also, clerks must go through provisional ballots, which are used by people who vote in person but whose eligibility is in question. So that race won't be final for days.Spock wrote: ↑Wed Nov 09, 2022 8:36 amI am sure that she is happy that it looks like Boebert went down.

If Frisch does prevail, yes, I'll be happy, and thanks to Spock for the good wishes. Boebert is an embarrassment to the entire state. That's a quotation from a Republican who voted for Frisch. I can't find the article now; I read it earlier today.

TBH, I can't help but be happy that she has taken the lead at this time-But I fully respect your distaste for her and I feel for you in a way that I wouldn't for most anyone else in your shoes.SportsFan68 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 10, 2022 12:40 amI am not at all confident that Boebert has gone down. I have always kind of felt that she was playing with fire in her district to be Miss MAGA, (so to speak)

The state party has directed local party leaders to try to cure problem ballots. The number of ballots cast by Democrats which need to be cured (lack of signature, signature discrepancy, etc.) is almost equal to the difference between the two candidates. Unless the military/overseas vote comes in heavily for Frisch, I think we're outta luck.Spock wrote: ↑Thu Nov 10, 2022 3:34 pmTBH, I can't help but be happy that she has taken the lead at this time-But I fully respect your distaste for her and I feel for you in a way that I wouldn't for most anyone else in your shoes.SportsFan68 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 10, 2022 12:40 amI am not at all confident that Boebert has gone down.
