Boomer the Dog
We did it! We got us a pup. It's been a year and a half since Dot left us. We can't do big dogs anymore so adopted Boomer, 4 mos, Jack Russell/cattle dog? mix. Jeff thinks he has lab in him. He'll get to maybe 30ish lbs.
He had a rough first part of his life, leg broken supposedly by car tho volunteer thinks maybe he was trampled by big dogs.
He is a major sweetheart, getting acclimated, slept all night in crate. Merv was an asshole a couple times and he actually finally barked. Not a big walker. Gets neutered Tuesday.
His foster mom cried because he got adopted as well as his buddy Lab yesterday.
Has pooped and peed outside!
I don't have image sharing so link may not work.

Your link is to a JPG file on your own computer. You need a URL.

There's a phpBB extension that TubaGuy could add that allows you to upload images to a website and create the link, all from here.

Re: Boomer the Dog
Welcome, Boomer!
We think the Bestest Doggie Ever (CaseyGrrl) was half red heeler, half Jack Russell. We're sure about the red heeler half, because at three months, she looked just like a three-month old purebred red heeler. Then she grew up smaller and a little more like Jack Russell personality-wise. But she was always totally loyal to the family and would have fought a bear on my behalf if he hadn't run away. (Very glad he did. CaseyGrrl woulda got the worst of that deal.)
Best wishes to the new family member!
(Here's the whole bear story, not all that interesting: Casey and I were on a five-mile [or so] hike, and she sniffed bear up ahead. She ran barking up to the bush the bear was napping under. I screamed her name again and again, and the bear ran off down the ridge. Casey finally realized if she ran after the bear, she would be leaving me alone. Can't have that! So she came back and we finished the hike.)

- Post it to an internet site, as you've been doing.
- Take the URL (ending in .jpg) and surround it with the image tags and (optionally) the spoiler tags.
- Preview to verify tag structure.
- Done.
