I got home a few minutes ago and started to watch the Pro Bowl. After about two minutes, I turned it off. This isn't NFL football. It's some weird schoolyard game in which they run at half speed and touch players down with two hands. They are trying out some experimental rules like eliminating kickoffs, but those I can understand. The way these guys are going at it, it's hard to tell if they are the NFL's best players or a bunch of guys in the backyard after Thanksgiving dinner.
I understand the desire to limit the possibility of serious injuries in a meaningless game, but rather than this nonsense, just cancel the whole thing.
