With her skills, she shouldn't have a problem landing a job in a company that has a better culture.
It's a shame that companies like Apple that have an understandable, legitimate need for secrecy in regard to their proprietary secrets use that to try to hide unsavory or reprehensible business practices.
Good luck to her. She's been through a lot.

Just bringing an update on Janneke's legal battle with Apple. Her NLRB trial against Apple was scheduled for February and in negotiations with Apple in the run up, the head of the NLRB was fired leaving not enough people to form a quorum to conduct any business ad the case was continued to April. This week, Trump named a new head of the NLRB - Crystal Carey. Carey is a partner at Morgan Lewis & Bockius a firm that " specialises in representing management in labour disputes, [and] has also acted for Elon Musk’s SpaceX and Amazon in their challenges against the agency," according to the Financial Times. Carey was also one of the lawyers representing Apple against Janneke's lawsuit. Needless to say, Janneke has been informed that her case has been postponed indefinitely and she is doubtful it will ever come to trial.
Clearly this administration has no concern for the rights of workers or the rule of law. This country is becoming, if it is not already, an oligarchy.

At my workplace, some doctors were moving to unionize
They had found a representative and had started gathering names. That representative then backed out after Trump took over, as he explained that the NLRB would not support their efforts.
