RIP Brainy Smurf

Or, more precisely, Danny Goldman, who did the voice of Brainy on the Hanna-Barbera version of The Smurfs. He also played the young medical student who was giving Gene Wilder's character grief about his ancestry in an early sequence of Young Frankenstein. Age 80.

Danny did a lot of voice work but was better known as a casting agent.
