Dot the Dog update
So, her left ventricle walls are flabby as opposed to thickened, which is comparatively good. Indicates heart failure in past, etc. Had an ultrasound on Friday and she didn't indicate stress during. Yay.
She is now on sotalol, Vetmedin, enalapril and furosemide and Omega 3. The markup at vet on pills is crazy, so checked three, four sites.
Chewy is only one who had sotalol and prices per tablet for all others were literally half or more less than vet, and less than Petmeds. Vetmedin the same everywhere, a bit pricy.
I need a pillbox for the girl...she is most excellent taking pills, tho.
Has settled down and doing good.

Thank heavens it is treatable. The cost, like the pill box, counts only in the category of "administrative details."

Yes. We said, think of the shit we buy. Plus, we can afford it right now. She has stopped the yacking wheezing which was a fluid on the lung thing and hasn't peed inside what with the lasix, so yay. She knows shit's up. She's a trooper.silvercamaro wrote: ↑Sat Mar 07, 2020 2:13 pmThank heavens it is treatable. The cost, like the pill box, counts only in the category of "administrative details."

Yay, Dot!
