When I read on TMZ that he had been arrested, I thought the same thing.

Y'know, there's so much to do in Hawaii (see other thread) I don't understand why they have to tie one on. Maybe there's a "Lost curse" of some sort.

Didn't you read the article I posted last year where there was a quote from Honolulu Law Inforcement and Lost writer's talking about the influence of HPD on the story line?
