Yes, I know it's almost noon, but I've been busy running errands this morning and, for a change, going to the fitness center.

I go several times a week but normally on Fridays elwing takes our only car and goes to work, and public transportation doesn't run the direction I need to go. Since I had those errands to run I was able to fit in an extra trip to the center.
