Barbin’s "Millionaire" journey began when she saw the show was holding an open casting in August 2007 at the Medieval Tmes in Schaumburg, Ill.

"I really love the show," Barbin says. "I’d been watching for a long time so I thought, ‘You know, maybe I could do that.’"

So she made the trek from St. Cloud, Minn., where she was living at the time, to the Chicago suburb.

And about a week later, she got The Call!
