As the saying goes, "When mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy". There is no joy in Rivendell as elwing is suffering with some sort of intestinal complaint, and for her to be ill, and further to be vocal about it indicates that it's not good. I told her that she should stay home from work today but I don't think she did.
