MLB rule proposals

Some proposed new rules

Some of the more dramatic changes include a:
1) universal designated hitter (O.K.)
2) three-batter minimum for pitchers (YES! But with an "or" end the inning)
3) 20-second pitch clock (what's the penalty when it's the pitcher, and what's the penalty when it's the batter, and how is that decided?)

Not a rule, but Major League Baseball is changing the name of disabled list to ‘injury list’.

I like the three batter minimum. I think it will both speed up the game and increase scoring. Both good for the fan.

Time meant nothing and never would again
